Laundry soap and immersion, should clean it
It won't hurt the foam
Soak it good say about an hour
Then really massage it good, want to work everything loose, squeeze it out, soak in rinse water
Squeeze it again let air dry for several days
Lay across some saw horses, etc.. some kind of rest that will let air get to the foam side facing down
It's worth a try and might save you the cost of new mattresses
