Get some nature's miracle from a pet store. It is an enzyme cleaner and does a very good job of pet accidents. I also have another product that was an enzyme cleaner from Serv Pro. Insurance companies use them, but they had a kit I could buy for carpet stains and it also contained the cleaner (said could be used on mattresses) then there was a powder use used along with it that soaked the cleaner and left over urine back out. You could try calling and asking them if they have something they recommend or a product you can buy.
