They have both a cleaner and a surface spray. We have even had success with some of their products on skunk smell. They arent perfect, but they are pretty good.
Try those, they are available at pet shops.
Nature's miracle, or another is Simple Solution - both enzyme based "digesters" that will break down the urine.
It works well on dog and cat "mess" should work on human animal mess too. If it doesn't and you're set on keeping the bunk mattress, get a few jugs of peroxide.
Problem with either solution is they're both mostly water, which will push the mess farther into the surrounding foam
