Foam for mattresses and cushions can be bought at an Upholstery Supply Distributor. Most Metro areas have one or more of these shops. I bought Medium Firm density and it is holding up well. Purchased here: Rochford Supply
If your mattresses are longer than 72" or wider than 24", it is easy to cut the foam and glue pieces together with a spray adhesive to get the exact size. Some shops will also offer this service.
