Replace the mattresses. Scrub the rest of the RV down with bleach. Air it out really well. And then refuse to loan your RV out ever again. Blame it on your insurance company if you aren't comfortable just saying no.
In the future, if you do decide to let kids use the bunks, there are really nice waterproof mattress covers out there. I used one for my late father-in-law for the last years of his life. It made life easy because the mess just went into the washer on hot, and he didn't feel humiliated by laying on a pee pad.
