Petzyme. Another Enzyme cleaner. works well. I used it, let it soak into the cushions of a brand new couch that my cats had used (their littermaid litterbox malfunctioned) then I used an electric pressure washer on low volume to blast out the petzyme. Still have the couch, odor free, 15 years later.
