go by your local Hwy Patrol office...all facts are there. Also, in MO., your license plates must exceed total weight of what is towed. (truck, trailer & trailer) plates come in 6,000...12,000...18,000 & 24,000 so if your total weight is 13,000...you will need 18,000 lb plates...hwy patrol will ticket you for improper plates
