I figured correctly where this review would be located, and wasn't disappointed it was RVParkreviews. With their rigid system, I'm not sure why they would post such a review - it reeks of idiocy. If CG's started posting rules regulating common sense, no one would come. Next thing the coffee at the Rec center will burn someone because it's hot. I don't think anyone's picking on anyone here - just calling out trolls and idiots.
I don't believe the part about management not being responsive - they just didn't get what they wanted.
