Nothing new. Our schools and colleges have been teaching people for a generation to blame someone else for every stupid thing they do. Spill coffee, it's McDonalds fault. Trip while walking and texting, who put that curb there, it's always someone else's fault. And the lawyers tell them to look for the deepest pocket.
