We were talking about this type thing just yesterday. A state Highway we drive 3 times per week has a damaged guardrail because someone ran into it. There were signs out at each end of bridge noting guardrail damage ahead. It’s ridiculous that signs have to be put on both ends, especially from the direction the damage can’t be seen and is on the opposite side of highway. It’s sad what our society has come to.
