I have seen that happen.. Friends of mine got sued They had a Tent set up and when the wind came up a bit more than they trusted the tent they took it down. A family stopped to watch, instead of help. got injured with a piece got away from the tent owners. Family sued both the tent owners and the park.
I know they lost with respect to the park. Do not know about the tent owner. He died and the Shes have not returned to the park.
