This is why I don't, won't eat at a picnic table in a campsite. You just never know what took place before you arrived. If you need to use the table my best advice is to thoroughly {Chlorox and lots of it} clean it and add a plastic tablecloth.

For the record every time I have seen this nonsense I've gone over and complained/explained why it is just so wrong... usually getting the deer in the headlights stare for my trouble. Arrrrg!

I'd better not let DW hear about this. She has a nursing degree and is a real germaphobe. But we may bring an extra folding table from now on.

Hilarious, better keep those birds from pooping on the table how about squirrels and other wild animals that use the table. How about people who change the kids diaper on the table? Or the people who clean fish on the table?

Sanitizing a surface that sits outside and used for food is common sense or use a disposable table cloth.
