Whether it was a "hill" or a "slope", whether it was slippery or not, whether it was marked as "hazardous area" or not, is all irrelevant. And the OP NEVER suggested that the reviewer was breaking any rules. Looking at pics of Lazy Days Resort, I have trouble believing anyone that has much experience walking could "fall" in that campground, unless they were not paying attention (texting while walking?). Funny thing; trees have leaves, and those leaves fall off onto the ground. It is obviously impossible to make outdoor areas "perfectly safe" for every person, regardless of their ability to stand upright. The reviewer complains about the management's "lack of concern". Really? What exactly did the reviewer want from management (I have a pretty good idea, but...)?
At a campground we were at last weekend, I took a hike with my grandson up the side of a steep hillside, within the campground's property. Rocks, brush, etc. I caught my foot on some brush, and fell. Scraped shin and wrist, bruised thigh, torn material on top of my shoe. File an incident report? No. Complain about a "dangerous hill"? No. Give a terrible review online? Of course not. But then I don't try to blame others when I do something dumb, nor do I look for an easy payout when I do something dumb.
Sorry, but I still think the reviewer was out of line, and there's nothing that the park management could have done that would have satisfied her. Some people are not happy unless they are unhappy.
