Sorry, but I still think the reviewer was out of line, and there's nothing that the park management could have done that would have satisfied her. Some people are not happy unless they are unhappy.
Heck a dog on your own property can be seen as an 'enticing liability' as in a cute dog will attract people yet it can bite someone on your property while they are trespassing and you are still liable. Crazy **** for sure.
Father in law had horse boarding. Kid's horse spooked from a no-see-um in cross ties, caught her leg with it's hoof causing a broken ankle and he had to pay. All with 'every sign' posted as your horse is your responsibility and more. You almost can't win on this stuff sadly!! Too crazy to think this is what we have become in this society truly. But that is why we all own liability insurance! Because you have to now-a-days!
