Nowhere, absolutely nowhere in this thread or the "review in question" is the reviewer's age or demographic indicated. Are they 20 years old or 100 years old or somewhere in between?? Or is just easier and more convenient to assume that this person must be some young snowflake millennial that was always handed participation trophies instead of considering that they may be a retired baby-boomer?

I am not a Millennial, but I am tired of everything being blamed on that demographic.
I work with many Millennials, and they work just as hard as their Gen-X and Baby Boomer counterparts. In fact, in my experience they are willing to work just as hard for less money.
As for "participation trophies," who gave them those trophies? It was their Gen-X and Baby Boomer parents. Who treated them like "special snowflakes?" It was their Gen-X and Baby Boomer parents. The Millennials didn't crawl out of the womb asking to be given special treatment. Don't be mad at a generation that YOU raised.
