Sorry I read the directions again and found the answer. I just defeated it since I found the info I needed.
The question was is the booster supposed to blink randomly. The answer is yes it blinks to show its working. Should it blink randomly. I guess so idono but my guess is it does.

But, what was the question and what was the answer?
