tire psi
good morning, I just switched from a tt to a 5th wheel and I noticed when hooked up my tires look a little low. Should I set the psi to what the tire says or what's on the door?

- Water alone, JDC1,....
- Before you add propane, water, gear, hitch and PEOPLE......you only have 300 pounds of capacity left.
- Get your rig weighed as it will be used and then check the load inflation chart from the tire manufacturer and inflate accordingly.
:C - Thanks so much for the info, yes we are at the limit for the truck I did put Monroe load assist shocks on the rear and that did help. the pin weight is 1400lb but that's not loaded. I will look at the tires for the numbers when I get home but I do know its a Michelin LT tire.
- Wow, if that FW is hooked up to your F150 and using a heavy Superglide slider, you will need the max tire pressure on the sidewall! What is your RAWR/tire max rating?
That is a nice looking rig, but certainly at truck's limit.
I would add a few lbs to front tires also, even though most all FW weight is carried by the rear.

- To what the tire says. Also make sure there rated for the weight your put on them. White the 5er in your sig I would say your put around 1500 to 1600lb in the bed.
