Not new or installed at that price. But do you homework and take a look at ebay. The little bunk heaters can drive one right out of the bunk in a tractor trailer.

You might be surprised, look at the label on the machine. Currently Resmed units are 24v and Respironics are 12v. Either can run directly from 12v with the appropriate adapter.

The Resmed adapter is about $75 and the Respironics adapter is about $25.

we hooked it up at one time from the power cord to the 12v plug hubby installed by my bed. I didn't work all night for some reason. Not sure what plug we used, I can't remember it's been a few years :o I guess when I said I was only 110 I wasn't remembering that :o

we're in a diesel pusher. So...with these, sounds like there would have to be an engine running all night..not sure I want that since the engine is under our bed

No. It is diesel fired, much like the Aqua Hot units, but much smaller. Your engine does not have to run. They even make models to preheat the little VW tdi engines.

efficiency? I just wanna be warm at 5 AM lol

Thanks for the info wny_pat, but you need input and output BTU to calculate efficiency.

we're in a place with iffy internet, cant'get the video to work. That's the problem while boondocking...internet. Another problem to solve along the way lol So, takes no electrical hookup, you hook it to your water and fuel line from what I can gather on the website. So, is the machine something you take off when you're on the move? Is it permanently attached to the side of your motorhome?
