The monthly statement is what is posted on the CC website so you know how much to pay them that month. You do pay yours every month don't you? :)
To each his own but, I could never do this. I would quickly loose track of how much money I was spending and end up in debt. I like to see where the money is going.
It also sounds like something they would charge you to do. With all the little fees, fines, and surcharges a small bill becomes a big one.
