The more posts I see like this, the more I am glad I left Florida and bought a home on a Tennessee mountaintop. My nearest neighbor is a quarter mile away, and the only large group I have to deal with is the large population of deer here on the mountain. You couldn't get me back to Florida and the land of condo Nazis with a subpoena.
