What about the neighbor in the background who also has a pickup?

While it is a sad situation, I can't help but think they knew about this when they moved in. I have never lived in one of these neighborhoods but I know they have to sign some paperwork that explains the rules of the HOA. Bad enough when they won't let you park the RV there but the TV is a little crazy and it's not even an ugly old truck, it's a new F150! Time to sell and move or if they changed the rules while they lived there then possible legal action.
