The TW is right at 15% right now. GVWR on the TT is 5600, so that works out to 840lb max TW.
I think I'll try calling Blue Ox for an opinion straight from the Ox's mouth later this morning before I place the order just on GP (I should have thought of that sooner too...). But it sure looks to me like the 1K bars are probably going to be the safest bet.
