You mean it is not? For some reason, a very high majority of campgrounds are near tracks. Guess it is cheap real estate. It may not be evident when checking in, but trains are always around. You think you found one that is "train Free"...but then you hear the train. It always happens. You cannot get away from them. The best you can hope for is that you are not near a major intersection or crossing. But at night you can hear train horns from 30 miles away.
You gotta, learn to sleep with ear plugs.
