If someone were to ask me for a recommendation it would be a Barker (The blue ones) not a Tetford (Green)
As to the size I'd ask "how big are your holding tanks" and the next size up. IE: My tanks are 36 Gallonm so adding 2 gallons I need the next size up from 38 to be safe. Others have covered everything else you need to know.
