There is a sentence in the story that says:
"The RV driver struck the left side of the No. 2 lane but it had enough clearance to drive through the 10 feet, 6 inch wide lane, bridge district spokesperson Priya Clemens said."
So regardless of the Wide Lane signs above those lanes, maybe they are not 10' 6". Maybe there is another lane not shown in the photo which is wider and is 10' 6". But the Wide Lane signs above those lanes makes it look they would be the widest lanes. I think if I was driving an RV I would slow to about 10 MPH to go through a toll booth. I hope that doesn't upset too many people.
