We're thinking of buying a Weber Q 1200. Most online reviews give it a big thumbs up. I have seen some people here mention them in the past so I thought I would get your opinion. Do they work well...

we LOVE our Weber-Q 200! It is used weekly. We had to replace the regulator and burner tube after 8 years. DW would not have any other grill.
