We're thinking of buying a Weber Q 1200. Most online reviews give it a big thumbs up. I have seen some people here mention them in the past so I thought I would get your opinion. Do they work well...

I have had our BabyQ since about 2005. SS burner cleans up like new so does the cast iron grates. No better grille out there!
