Weber Q?
We're thinking of buying a Weber Q 1200. Most online reviews give it a big thumbs up. I have seen some people here mention them in the past so I thought I would get your opinion. Do they work well...

If thermo matters.., I just bought one (I have a 200...bought thermo for 300) and drilled a hole. Install took 5 minutes and two of those were sipping beer.
