Wet Rain Coats...
Where do you put them? Has anyone devised some sort of hanging solution inside the entry door to hang up wet rain jackets? Can't think of anything that won't create a mess. Thanks for your ideas.

Exactly! Been in Az for 18 years, so this rain thing is new to us. This is why I have no idea what to do with wet rain gear. Just purchased our first, and hopefully last ( set of rain gear. ). Ouch! Stuff is expensive! And still can't find rain boots for under $100.00 a pair.
Guess we will have to wait till we get to Winchester Bay next week to find rain boots. All done with the desert, so we are off to rain country as soon as the weather breaks Wednesday.
Thanks for your ideas. Still not sure how to get the wet stuff to the shower without soaking the carpet. I guess a line of towels??
BTW... Where are you in Nevada? We have been in Sparks for a week, and it has been very windy, cold, and had a couple days of rain. Sitting here looking at a black wall of clouds headed our way. Same thing a couple weeks ago in N Las Vegas.
Laughlin, Lived in Safford and Glendale, AZ. Just like the wide open spaces. And, less congestion. Shhhhh! it's a well protected secret!.
DW gives me a whuppin, everytime she talks about going back east to visit family. I tell her about the new invention called J E T S!
We did live in OreGun before, I hate rain coats. If it's not windy, under the awning was our solution. OR if not possible, DW used a large trash bag to put them in at the door or laundry basket to carry them to the shower are.

ooops, she said she used the trash bag to line the laundry basket to keep the rain from seeping through he holes in the laundry basket.
