What are your favorite house slippers?

I have foot problems, who doesn't after a certain age? I really, really would love some kind of house slippers with a fleece lining, soles that can go outside AND a bit of an arch support. I have LL Bean moccasins and they meet that criteria except they have no arch support at all. If something exists of the above description, I would love to hear about them. What slippers do you wear around the house or RVing?
  • I had a bout of Plantar Fasciitis (sp?) and bought heel pads from the following for all of my slippers and switch between shoes. They worked for me.

  • Might want to try Foot Smart--they carry a lot of specialty shoes.
  • found these on Gander mountain web site. Looks the same, and the price is OK. May be just a brand name change.

  • I got the slippers shown by iamichabod from a local Gander Mt store several years ago. They got uncomfortable and the padding got thin, so I added a pair of 3/4 arch supports that I had around. Not they are much better than they were originally. Also, the tie on the top tightens around the back of the heel, helping keep them on. It does not tighten much across the top of the arch at all. I was about to give up on mine, as the heel kept slipping under my foot, so I tigntened the tie, and they work well now. Probably get another year or so out of them.
  • I really like these but they are always out of stock so I keep them on my wish list and check every few days or have them send me an e mail when they do come back, they also have a small arch support it can be seen in one of the pics from the side so I like them for home and in the RV.

When they come in stock I load up on them ,seems to come back around the holidays
