What does 10 TRILLION gallons of water even equate to?

Deny...believe...looking for answers. I am supposing that those are three categories. Presumably there is proof enough for some but not all...and those that want to disagree, will. There is no convincing some people that the earth really is flat.
I for one do accept..and it is not GW..is it Global Climate Change...exists as a result of mans interference. No do question of cycles, there just wasn't the industrial poisons being pumped or rising historically, that there are this time around. Ultimately, what is at stake is survival. And some really do not care because they won't be around when it gets ugly. I know I won't be, but I do worry about my grandkids.
I have a theory...I would bet that the actual danger has been presented to major leaders from US, Chine, Russia, UK and they know the truth. If this were accurate..what would happen if they told their respective people that truth? Panic. The push to shift to a cleaner world has become massive..such as China's new solar drive. The cost to change direction? Unimaginable. The need to do that, equally so.
