We stayed at a south Jersey CG this past weekend (Pleasant Valley CG), which had a TON of really strict rules. Even at the pool, a woman walked around and told everyone what they couldn't do on a regular basis. My daughter got scolded for driving over the 5 MPH speed limit.
We were debating whether a place with a lot of rules is better because it keeps people from doing stupid things that could ruin your stay there.
But it's like the argument of privacy and freedom vs. government control. Somewhere hopefully there is a happy medium.
