I hate to say it, but POLITICS is also a factor. There is a ceaseless drumbeat of "Me, Me, Me! and screw you!!" that is at play here. We have largely lost the concept of community. This plays out in the road rage incidents, fast food brawls, and fights at little league ball games.
We should all be ashamed at how bad behavior is now deemed acceptable.
Yep, when you have politicians and teachers who have committed adultery, smoked crack, acts of corruption and then run for re-election, it is the beginning of the end. No one suffers any consequence of their actions. No examples.
