Just me personally but dealing with those who thank they can abuse us gets old. I start being not so nice. I have to back up and refocus.
I have no desire to tread on anyone nor am I better than anyone. Some Folks are just nasty and don't care and there all colors between there and being bend over nice.
Today I let an abusive Fellow we dealt with in purchasing the home use me as a door mat. I spent most of the day wound up from it and tommorrow I may forget it but chances are I will dress him down. Can't let that stuff build up but I seem to let them because I don't want to let anyone make me ugly.
So regroup and nice if you are nice and.....
