Best one I ever found. step stool
Sorry, can't do image from that site. Can be bought both in US and Canada. Supports up to 300 lbs.

We have several of these, mostly used in the stick house. I have one in the kitchen that I use and abuse constantly, as do the kids. It still works perfectly with zero damage after 5 years of constant useage. Folds flat enough that we store it behind the fridge. It is extremely sturdy and stable, doesn't tip at all when I am off center and on tippy-toe on one foot to reach the top shelf of our stupid tall cabinets. - belfertExplorerWe used the Range Kleen step on our trip. It works, but it isn't the sturdiest thing out there.

This is what we went with when we finally decided on a step stool for our truck camper, light and easy to handle. - Little_KopitExplorerBest one I ever found. step stool

:C - belfertExplorerWe are usually in the desert so uneven ground is not an issue. The fold up two step stool has a lot bigger foot print than a one step stool. We have a one step molded stool now and it has flipped over a few times on folks getting out of the motorhome.
I don't think the two step could be any worse than what we have now. - RoyBExplorer III
- wannavolunteerFExplorerGo to lowes, home depot or menards and look at their step stools before you make a decision. I have the one step like the two step you show, to use in my kitchen. It is fine to step up on for a minute or two, but I am not sure it will be steady enough to use as a door step. Mine flexes a bit in the center if i move around much on it (like stretching to reach far corner of cabinet). Also how will that one work if you have uneven ground for it to sit on. I have aluminum 2 step similar to rubbermaid one camperpaul shows and it is much sturdier that the plastic fold up... I could use hacksaw and cut the back off shorter if I were using as steps..(just cap the cut edges with caps like on bottom of legs)
- belfertExplorerI'm looking at something like http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/folding-2-step-stool/65819
Rubbermaid makes one more like a ladder and another that is a molded two step stool. I'm not going to use anything that is like a ladder. The Rubbermaid molded one isn't bad, but I would prefer folding.
I'm probably going to order the folding one from Camping World if someone doesn't have an idea for something better. - camperpaulExplorer
