A few weeks ago I let my girlfriend (47 years old) drive me and my pickup on a 70 mile interstate highway trip.
On the way out she took a very long time to pass a car. As she was doing it she said "Boy this guy behind us must be in a hurry he is riding our bumper". I said, why don't you speed up pass the car and let him go by". She said, "The heck with that I'm in front he can just stay back there".
On the return trip we got stuck behind 2 semi trucks traveling the same slow speed up a hill. She was cussing them and out and complain that she could not pass them. I pointed out that she had done the same thing to a car on the trip out. She said, "But, that's different" !!
I just laughed. Some people just can't get it.
Do onto others as you would have them do onto you.
