Interesting ARTICLE showing how a small car passing a big truck, causing a drop in pressure, that leds to BOTH vehicles moving toward on another,
Maybe it can do a better job of explaing that even that bigger, heavier, vehicle can "lift" (for lack of a better term) toward the area that has had it's pressure lowered (speed up).
