That divider would make sense as something is causing the unit to shut off as soon as it reaches 100 degrees. Now I have to take the inside ceiling piece and see if the installer installed them.....

and sealed them . It could be a loose ac causing a leak causing this to

appears to be a 'control' issue
he wants to know what is in the wiring, switches sensors , valves etc.. control board ?

i wonder does it work in A/C mode or does it do the same thing ?

maybe the compressor is bad, maybe it is the thermo protector in the compressor

if this is the case, its time to replace the whole thing

if its not heating when colder than 45 outside it wont.
if its not heating at all the valve is stuck very common on them
the wiring diagram is clear that is in the book i dont see the issue.
if the unit not comming on at all its the 110 connection is bad

They are not available on Google that is where I went first when the installer could not get them from the Mfg....

If it is the block diagram I have that....It comes with the unit....I have been emailing Tech Services at Atwood and what they have is the block diagram not the electrical schematic...If you have the electrical schematic would you post a link to it or post it as there is another poster with the same problem I have....

Newman full timer , I suggest you buy an Atwood acnd unit with heat pump then tell your experience. Mine is the same as Bobs, only mine has been going on for over a year with my RV tech with 35 years trying to get information to make my Atwood heat pump to work. I too have talked to Atwood folks on the phone and in person. Their unit, made in Australia, and bought by Dometic, does not work to the point it will not heat my motor home. Now my tech tells me Atwood no longer wants to talk to him. I finally just trashed the unit and went back to a penguin unit.
