Last time I was there, Fort Wilderness had a "discount" for employees. Take that for what it's worth. As far as i know, they will tell you that job openings occur minite to minite...and good luck for the one you want. Also you have to come down for an interview in advance...if you live far away....that can be a $$ consideration. At least that's the was it was some years ago as I remember it. Working at WDW would be a real blast. I wish I could do it...or maybe in the future....like you, just for the holidays or maybe as a snowbird. I would definitely try the Fort Wilderness thing rather than an outside RV park. But...as I was told, "once you're in, you're in" and would get first choice the next year.
