First-hand experience here:
Make sure you read the reviews and insure for replacement value, as well as have a database, with the pictures and serials of any/all items.
When in doubt, get a rider for the specific items (computers, guns, jewelry, etc.)
I'd also look into floor safes as well. Multiple ones. Just remember, they can floor, so store valuables in a watertight container before putting them in the safe.
Oh, don't expect tweakers to heed -any- signage whatsoever. They really don't care about anything except their next fix.
