It's difficult finding a 120vac / 36-vdc converter that is very inexpensive. For LED lighting.
100W LED constant current driver (120V AC to 36V DC) HERE for $26
You can also get lower wattage drivers for less money or buy a bundle which includes driver and LED chip..
There are also add on lens/bracket/reflectors which you can get for $10 which concentrate and direct the light from the LED chip..
