Gdetrailer how about DIEZ MIL GRACIAS!
I am using the 30 watt chips powered by 12 volt battery power (supply when available). Since the chips are 36 volt rated it takes a special (most limit out at 35 volts) DC to DC booster to make this happen. And space is limited. When I can find them I snag bathroom LED ceiling fixtures, remove the 16 watt warm white chip and replace it with the 30 watt 5K. The 120/24 volt converter is removed and a small fan is fitted atop which goes the DC to DC booster.
The height of this assembly is no stinky-bueno for RV interiors. But for outdoor use they cannot be beat. I cap the booster with a three sided project box. A 30 watt light, fan and booster consumes 34 watts. Not even 3 amperes of 12 volt power.
HOWEVER!
When I saw those nineteen ninety five outdoor 120 VAC fixtures, I purchased two. There's gonna be some surprised possums. Heh heh heh. 12 volt motion detector. Fires off a relay. Power goes to the Turbo fence charger, lights, and get this, a purchased yesterday THIRTY WATT 30kHz ultrasonic piezo transducer. One watt will deafen a human at say 2kHz. This transducer is inside a metal horn. The metal horn is aimed at a mesh of 4" steel wire, 3" off the ground. The possums have already stepped through it unelectrified trying to get at the hens. Wait till 30KV hits them, ultrasonic pulses that will shatter glass and intense LED light. Those possums kill for the sport of it. Wonder how a deaf fried possum is going to enjoy life...
