Those batteries in the link don't use all of their capacity. They keep some in reserve from what I understand. That 2% is part of the last 10% or even 20% which its battery management system (BMS) won't let you use. BTW, those batts have built-in BMS in each battery.

Hi Niner,

I can't open either link.

I do not like the web site's IMPLICATION that vehicle charging system would be inappropriate for these batteries. If this is indeed the case I would not buy one if it cost a hundred dollars.
