3 stage charger for true deep cycle battery (Trojan T-1275)

I am expecting to replace the 12V battery in my TT this year and would like to go to a true deep cycle battery like a Trojan T-1275. This battery has a lot of power, but it has some "unique" charging...

Something like the Megawatt would work great in conjunction with IOTA to boost the voltage after IOTA does some of the heavy lifting.
IOTA is still good for most use including float service.

Still partial to solar.
