No, it is not the "right one".
The model in your link is one that has not been sufficiently reviewed and tested by contributors to this forum. Some have suggested the engine is a Yamaha clone rather than a clone of the Honda GX-200. Personally, I have only seen it in a box at Wal-Mart and in photos like on your supplied link.
Of course, that does not mean it would not be an excellent unit - only that we are lacking information from users.
But, if you do buy this unit, I for one would like to have a good review.
My personal suggestion would be to consider purchasing the other "yellow" generator (Champion) with a known and proven track record for adequate performance with a 30 amp RV. If you prefer to stick with PepBoys, consider the Wen PowerPro 3500 or the Powerwise 3000. Both of these have gotten good reviews on this forum.
