NO !
there are many 'look alikes' out there, and who knows maybe champion buys there 'frames' from the same factory
but the generator heads are different & and to some extent the engines are to, having internal differences, we can't see.
AFIAK: champion generators are NOT sold under any other Name,
this doesn't mean the buffalo is bad, or won't perform, it's just not a champion product
