I just purchased the Champion and want to work on an enclosure for a winter project after reading thru all the posts on the subject.
I am considering a 3 sided w/ roof type, like the prof origially posted.
Since you have experimented with 9 or 10 boxes, I thought you might shed some light on materials tried and tested. I guess the likely candidates would be: foam/carpet, Celotex or similar, or other thick foams.
Also would be interested to know when you might have info on your new and improved design.
