They share the same campus in Covina, CA. and the name is mentioned in their "Terms and Policies" (warranty) on Duropower's web page. Unfortunately, the Dexin Website has broken links so it is really hard to confirm if it is indeed the manufacturer of the unit. Anyway, I hope I have good reports!
