Any chance you where able to ask Paul about what might cause an oil leak at the governor shaft. I'm about down to splitting the case to see if the washer is missing.
A question about the one on your engine.
Does the washer fit snug against the engine case? I think there are tabs on the shaft on which the washer is held up.
