Sorry to interrupt the conversation but I am in desperate need of help. I am dry camping and my champion RV Geny began to run erratic as if it was running out of gas but kept on running. Upon close examination I found a broken spring that can be seen on the picture, being held on the right side of the picture by my pliers. The spring has a metal rod riding inside it that connects to the carb.
I can probably reshape the hook end but where does it connect? I looked in the manual, parts list etc with no luck.
